Weave a section of satin patterned horizontal strips at both ends of the towel near the plain cloth part, or weave a wider satin edge at one end, generally called “platinum satin”. The bordered on the towel fabric The weave is made up of interwoven ground warp and weft yarns. The wool yarn does not participate in the interweaving and is wrapped inside, which makes it easy for surface lint to appear. We can embroider clearer patterns, logos, etc. on the satin surface.
Commonly used bordered tissues include the following categories:
- Plain weave bordered: Compared with other bordered structures, plain weave bordered has less changes in appearance and loose structure. Mid-range bordered towels usually have a plain weave bordered.
- Twill bordered: It is modified from the original tissue twill, including weft-strengthened twill, angle twill, composite twill, mountain-shaped twill, complex rhombus twill, etc., especially rhombus twill and weft twill have strong decorative effects. Generally, “platinum satin” mostly uses diamond-shaped twill bordered.
- Pleated bordered: Pleated bordered can form three-dimensional horizontal stripes and pleated effects on the towel, which is also what we often call color weft bordered. It uses changes in the tissue to make part of the warp yarns and weft yarns intertwined, and part not intertwined. The intertwined warp yarns and weft yarns form folds on the surface of the fabric, creating a strong three-dimensional effect.
